Entre esos años se calcula que llegaron al puerto de Sevilla: 185,00 kilos de oro y 16 millones de Kilos de Plata. Segun Galeano la plata transportada a España en poco mas de un siglo y medio excedia "tres veces el total de reservas europeas" (datos sin incluir el contrabando).
Between 1503 and 1660 arrived to the Sevilla's Harbor 185,00 kilos of gold and 16 millions kilos of silver. As Galeano says the gold transported to Spain in more than a century and a half exceeded the whole European reserve (this information does not include the smuggling.
